The Collaborative Solution

The Well CC is creating Integrated Youth Wellness Hubs based on a model developed by the Centre for Mental Health and Addiction. In addition to providing a range of social and community services, they also offer peer services, outreach, and system navigation services. Services will emphasize quality, timeliness, youth-centric integration, and co-location. The bottom line is that youth will have access to more accessible, appropriate, effective, and cost-efficient services in Huron, Perth, Grey, and Bruce counties.
