The Collaborative Solution

The Well CC is creating Integrated Youth Wellness Hubs based on a model developed by the Centre for Mental Health and Addiction. In addition to providing a range of social and community services, they also offer peer services, outreach, and system navigation services. Services will emphasize quality, timeliness, youth-centric integration, and co-location. The bottom line is that youth will have access to more accessible, appropriate, effective, and cost-efficient services in Huron, Perth, Grey, and Bruce counties.

  • 379 Main Street S every Thursday from 11am-4pm

  • Located at the Canadian Mental Health Association building on 865 Queen street every Friday from 10am-4pm.

  • Located in Kinsmen Community Centre on 185 Keays Street every Tuesday from 11am-4pm
